Ibis Team Building 2026 – Celebrating 30 Years of People, Trust & Partnership
At Ibis, team building is much more than an annual gathering—it is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate our shared achievements, and reinforce the values that have shaped our journey over the past three decades. This year’s event held at Srebrno jezero was especially meaningful as we marked 30 years of People, Trust & Partnership, the foundation upon which Ibis Group continues to grow and succeed.
The two-day gathering brought together colleagues from across the Group for a combination of relaxation, adventure, friendly competition, and unforgettable moments shared outside the workplace.
A Scenic Start on the Danube
Our journey began with a bus ride to Srebrno jezero where the team checked in and immediately embraced the beautiful surroundings. After a short walk to the marina, everyone boarded a boat for a cruise along the Danube, enjoying stunning views, great conversations, and the opportunity to connect in a relaxed atmosphere.
The boat ride set the perfect tone for the event—bringing colleagues together, sharing stories, and creating new memories while enjoying one of Serbia’s most picturesque landscapes.
Team Spirit in Action
Following lunch, the focus shifted to the competitive part of the program. Employees were divided into teams and challenged through a series of engaging activities designed to test teamwork, communication, coordination, and determination.
This year’s games included tennis, football, table tennis, volleyball, obstacle course challenges, tug of war.
Throughout the afternoon, teams demonstrated remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship. Whether competing on the volleyball court, navigating the obstacle course, or giving their all during the tug-of-war matches, participants showed that collaboration and mutual support remain among our greatest strengths.
The competitive spirit was strong, but even stronger was the encouragement teammates gave one another. Every challenge was met with laughter, cheering, and a shared determination to succeed together.
An Evening to Remember
After a well-deserved break and some free time, the team gathered for dinner and an evening celebration at Restaurant “Sidro”.
As the sun set over the lake, colleagues came together to enjoy great food, music, and conversations that continued late into the evening. The celebration was a perfect reflection of the culture we have built over the years—a culture where professional excellence goes hand in hand with genuine human connection.

This year’s team building once again reminded us that our greatest success has always been our people. Over 30 years, Ibis Group has grown through expertise, innovation, and dedication, but above all through the trust, partnership, and relationships we build every day.
The moments shared at Srebrno Jezero—on the boat, on the playing field, and around the dinner table—demonstrated what makes our organization special: a community of people who support one another, learn together, and celebrate achievements as one team.
