Welcome to the 27th Ibis Seminar

We are pleased to invite you to the 27th Ibis Seminar, to be held on October 22–23, 2026, at Hotel Danubia Park in Silver Lake, Serbia.

For more than 25 years, the Ibis Seminar has been connecting technology experts, engineers, and professionals from across the region with the world’s leading manufacturers of technologies, equipment, and solutions. This year’s program will focus on critical infrastructure, the government sector, 5G technology, fiber-optic networks, and quality of service, featuring expert presentations, hands-on demonstrations, real-world use cases, and knowledge exchange.

Topics of this year’s Seminar

Some of the topics that will be covered at this year’s Ibis Seminar include:

5G networks, fiber-optic infrastructure, quality of service, testing, monitoring, and network performance optimization.
Technologies and solutions to improve the reliability and resilience of critical infrastructure and enable its efficient management.
Specialized measurements, monitoring, and solutions for regulatory authorities, air traffic control, the defense sector, and government institutions.
Technologies, measurement solutions, and applications for industry, research, and science.

The Seminar is an ideal opportunity to discover the latest technology solutions, see them in practical applications, and speak directly with the experts behind them.

In addition to the formal program of the Seminar, a Gala Dinner will be held on Friday, October 23, providing an opportunity for networking, socializing, and continuing conversations in a more relaxed atmosphere.

Registration Fees and Accommodation Details

The Seminar program will be held at Hotel Danubia Park, Silver Lake.

One-day attendance: €129
Two-day attendance: €195
Group registration benefit: Every fifth registration is free

The registration fee includes participation in the seminar programme and meals – lunch and dinner – for the selected days. Please note that accommodation and breakfast are not included in the registration fee.

Detailed payment instructions, including completed sample payment forms, will be provided via email after registration. Participation fees can be paid only by companies (legal entities). Cash payments are not accepted.
