Radio Access Network Engineer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a RAN Engineer. You will be a part of a technical team dedicated to supporting and enhancing advanced RAN planning and optimization tools, ensuring seamless network performance, and empowering customers to design, simulate, and optimize next-generation wireless networks.

Job scope

• Configure, maintain, and support state-of-the-art RAN planning and optimization tools.
• Provide expert technical support to clients, empowering them to design, simulate, and optimize their networks effectively.
• Collaborate with radio planning engineers to ensure data accuracy for coverage, capacity, and interference analysis.
• Deliver impactful training sessions and create clear, user friendly documentation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh ideas and methodologies to the team.
• Maintain close collaboration with our vendors such as Viavi, Keysight, and Aircom.

Required experience and qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with RAN planning, optimization and QoS tools.
• Strong knowledge of radio network design principles, including coverage, capacity, and
interference management.
• Hands-on expertise in 5G, LTE, and other wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with geolocation systems and their integration into network planning tools.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
