To support our Group initiatives, we are looking for a highly motivated HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST who will join our team in Belgrade with an estimated contract duration of 1.5 – 2 years.
Our new colleague will have a chance to take part in all major HR workstreams – administration & compliance, recruitment & selection, performance management, C&B and internal communication.

What you should know before applying for this position

We are looking for Human Resources Generalist who will join our team. Temporary contract for pregnancy/maternity leave cover.

In this role you will be:

  • Responsible for HR administration processes e.g. keeping employees’ personal records, assignment changes, absence management and preparing HR documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.)
  • Participating in full cycle recruitment process – selecting appropriate recruitment channels, preparing ads in cooperation with Marketing, conducting candidate screening/shortlisting
  • Organizing interviews and assessments, preparing candidate profiles and timely managing the logistics to ensure good candidate experience
  • Cooperating with external services partners in different fields: HSE, labor law, payroll, CROSO registration, private health insurance enrollment, etc.
  • Supporting managers in training plans creation, informing employees about L&D possibilities, organizing external soft skills and professional training
  • Creating various HR reports and data analytics, and dealing with various HR requests coming from business stakeholders
  • Actively participating in HRIS implementation
  • Participating in company events/employee engagement activities organization
  • Using feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives with the focus on internal relationship management

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
  • Experience in IT industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
