Our major partners are leading software companies like IBM, UI Path, Oracle, Kaspersky, Salesforce, etc.
Due to the significant expansion of our activities, we are looking for an experienced and innovative MARKETING DIRECTOR to join our team in Belgrade. Our new colleague will be promoting our brands and services and ensuring that marketing strategy, campaigns, and activities are aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing regional marketing and PR strategy according to company goals
- Planning, organizing and coordinating marketing events
- Developing brand management and corporate identity strategies
- Researching and analyzing marketing trends and competitors
- Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Working closely with the sales team in order to generate new leads
- Generating engaging promotional content
- Cooperating with media, advertising agencies and vendors
- Managing comarketing fonds in accordance with sales and marketing plans
- Measuring and reporting performance of marketing and PR activities
- Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
- Constantly increasing your knowledge and implementing new trends and best practices
- Mentor, support and lead team members
Required qualifications:
- 3 or more years of full-time marketing and communications experience in B2B environment (preferably in the IT industry)
- Relevant University degree (Marketing or Business related)
- Experience in digital marketing is a must
- Fluency in English is a must (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience in social media platforms and CMS programs
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage
- Analytical and result-driven mindset
