Ibis Instruments at the AOC Conference in Oslo
Representatives from Ibis Instruments had the opportunity to attend AOC Europe, a conference recognized as Europe’s leading event in the field of defense and electronic warfare. With over 25 years of tradition, this conference brings together a community of defense ministries, industry experts, and scientists specializing in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO), Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Information Operations (IO), and other related fields.
The primary significance of the AOC Europe conference lies in providing a unique business platform that connects defense ministries from various countries with companies developing cutting-edge high-tech solutions in the defense industry. We had the chance to get acquainted with the innovations and solutions of our partners. Among others, TCI Technologies showcased solutions for tactical electronic warfare, while ATDI presented solutions in military network planning and electronic warfare modeling. Decodio introduced SIGINT systems and signal decoding, and Viavi Solutions presented a wide range of RF environment simulation solutions with forensic analysis, radio test sets, modular compact platforms for detecting, recording, replaying, and modifying RF signals capable of creating a realistic, dynamic electromagnetic spectrum for any scenario. Boger Electronics, as a prominent system integrator, presented professional reconnaissance and surveillance systems.
“Considering the specifics of this industry, as well as the relationships between defense ministries, military forces, and companies working on new technologies, participation in such events is imperative for our company. In addition to gaining insight into the latest development trends, AOC Europe provides us with the opportunity to deepen relationships with existing partners and clients, as well as the chance to directly connect with new ones, which is not easy to achieve in the defense industry,” stated Bojan Nikolić, Sales Director at Ibis Instruments.
