The Fifth Data Science Conference (DSC) was held on November 19th and 20th, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade, organized by the Institute of Contemporary Sciences (ISN).

In front of Ibis Instruments, the presentation “Advanced tools in real-time Analytics and AI in Customer Support” was held by Milan Simakovic, Big Data Specialist, and presentation was focused on making real-time pipelines using cutting edge Big Data technologies and applying ML on gathered data. The first part of the presentation has covered the importance and necessity of streaming data processing. The second part of this talk was focused on making machine learning models in customer support. There was also introduced success story that coved the need for more efficient customer support, problem resolution and gained benefits.

For two days, Belgrade was the epicenter of data science. Participants had the opportunity to listen to 66 speakers, participate in more than 35 technical tutorials, and improve skills through workshops. More than 1000 participants from over 40 countries around the world attended this year’s Data Science Conference, which is one of Europe’s largest conferences.
