The trend of phasing out HP's range of products in service providing and telco industries and implementing Tivoli Netcool continues. The latest example comes from the USA. A large telecom provider, Integra Telecom, has decided to introduce Netcool as a standard platform of its network management system instead of OpenView by HP.
