IBM has announced a new initiative, offering all users of HP OpenView series a migration to Tivoli solutions with a significant discount of 25%. This offer is focused on Tivoli Netcool solutions, especially in telco and SP domain. This initiative marks IBM's offensive aimed at additional promotion of Netcool products which were prominent in the market even before the acquisition of Micromuse.
