ELQ 2 is a multifunctional portable device designed for installation and maintenance of lines and testing of possible introduction of xDSL services. ELQ 2 can work as a standalone device, but for certain measurements it is necessary to form a master-slave connection. The instrument includes a spectrum analyzer (up to 2 MHz). The basic version of ELQ 2 has a TDR built-in, and it is possible to upgrade one of the options – the fault locator bridge or the digital multimeter.

ELQ 2 can test lines for ADSL (AoP, AoI), HDSL, SHDSL and ISDN services.

ELQ 2+ is the latest version of the instrument which supports ADSL 2/2+ and READSL technology apart from the above-mentioned xDSL services.

ELQ 2S is the version of the instrument designed to work as a slave without the LCD display, TDR and manual controls.
