Ibis Instruments is able to offer different services to customers in order to support technicians and engineers who operate on test equipment and systems of our principals. We offer following services:
- Consulting: meeting customer technical environment, problems and future plans for network and service development, Ibis Instruments experts with huge experience are capable to suggest optimal and economic solution which will fulfill current and be adaptable for future customer needs.
- Engineering: covers installation, integration and commissioning on all systems from our portfolio. Together with our principals’ experts we are capable to offer benchmarking, planning and optimization of complete network infrastructure in order to enhance service quality. Besides engineering Ibis Instruments can provide projecting so each system implementation is performed according to relevant standards and regulative.
- OSS Implementation: we are capable to offer complete software and hardware installation, implementation in customer environment and integration with existing systems for all OSS solutions from our portfolio.
- Technical support: Ibis Instruments T&M and OSS sectors have skilled engineers capable to provide all types of technical support (8x5 and 24x7) on all implemented systems of our principals.
- Training and Education: Ibis Instruments and our principals’ experts provide technology, operation or administration trainings for handling with instruments and systems, locally or abroad depending on customer needs. All participants who successfully complete training will get training Certificates. Beside trainings, Ibis Instruments organizes technology seminars and education in order to transfer knowledge and experience of our principals and introduce customers with new technologies and solutions implemented in world leading operators.
- Servicing: Ibis Instruments has local service office in Belgrade where we perform inspection of equipment, fault detection and replacement of faulty components with spares from our stock or ordering from central manufacturer’s stock. If we are not able to perform service locally due to some technical issues we support repair through manufacturer central European service. We provide regular and periodical maintenance of fusion splicing machines according to Fujikura’s standards and procedures.
- Calibration: manufacturer guaranties for all technical characteristics specified in instrument’s datasheet for the calibration period with calibration certificate delivered with equipment. After calibration period, Ibis Instruments provides technical characteristics checking, compatibility with standards and setting on reference values in limits defined by manufacturer’s technical specifications. Depending on equipment type, calibration can be performed locally or in central manufacturer’s laboratory. After calibration, customer receives a new, valid certificate of calibration.
- Sw/Fw update: newest software and firmware versions are available on official websites for most products from Ibis Instruments portfolio and can be simply installed on measurement devices to improve operation on their own or with Ibis Instruments help.
- Demonstration: we are able to install demo system as pilot project and perform necessary demonstration to present solution functionalities in customer network environment. Ibis Instruments always has set of demo instruments on stock which can be demonstrated to customer in "alive" operation with necessary training.
- Renting: means leasing of measurement equipment for a certain period with basic operation training.
- Literature: all necessary literature for test, system or software solutions and technologies you can get in electronic or paper copy if you contact or visit us.
